Over the last 3 months I have made a few contacts with
indiviual solders in Iraq and Afganistan. One their big
issues, other than being killed, is boredom. Something I have been
doing is putting together "CARE PACKAGE" boxes of comic books.
The problem is I don't have enough contacts and would like to be
able to send more. If you have a friend or family member who is
currently stationed in Iraq or Afganistan, please send me their
name and APO address.
I usually send about 100 to 150 comics, per box,
mostly mainstream stuff.
I always try to make sure the stories are 1 shots, mini-series
graphic novels or complete story arcs.
If you have comics that you wish to donate, because I don't
have an unlimited supply, please contact me.
Some of these brave soldiers, who have sacrificed their time,
need some distractions from their daily routine.
